1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 356ace platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. These are not optional — they are conditions of access. If you do not meet them, you are not permitted to create an account or place bets on 356ace.

• You must be a real individual — corporate or automated registrations are not permitted.

Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

2 Account Rules & Responsibilities

Once your 356ace account is active, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes bets placed, deposits made, and any communications sent through your account. 356ace will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

You are required to keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone, including friends or family members. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 356ace support immediately.

• Keep your password secure and change it regularly. Use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings for additional protection.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
• Ensure your registered email address remains active and accessible — important account communications are sent there.

356ace may contact you via your registered email address or phone number for account-related communications. It is your responsibility to ensure these contact details remain current. Outdated contact information that results in missed communications is not grounds for dispute.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 356ace are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No bank account is required. There are no currency conversion fees — what you deposit is what appears in your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed within three minutes for standard amounts during normal operating hours. Larger withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification steps before processing. 356ace does not charge withdrawal fees, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is stated in your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully completed.

356ace reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the player's part. Verification requests will be communicated via your registered email address and must be completed within 72 hours.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

356ace offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed. General bonus terms that apply across all 356ace promotions are outlined below.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated for each promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real balance funds. Real balance is used first in gameplay unless otherwise stated.

5 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on 356ace use certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by licensed game developers. The platform does not alter game outcomes, adjust return-to-player (RTP) rates based on individual player behaviour, or apply any form of result manipulation. What you see in the game specifications is what you get.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection, server error, or game crash — the round will be resolved according to the game provider's stated fault resolution policy. 356ace will apply the provider's resolution outcome and is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults outside its direct control.

• All game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game server.

If you believe a game result was incorrect or that a technical fault affected your bet outcome unfairly, you may raise a dispute through the 356ace support team within 30 days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 356ace platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Money laundering or using 356ace to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the 356ace platform or its systems.
• Placing bets using automated tools, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or 356ace staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 356ace support staff or other players.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

356ace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has violated these Terms and Conditions or poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Players may also voluntarily close their 356ace account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered mobile banking account after identity verification is completed. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

• Suspended accounts will receive a notification to their registered email address explaining the reason for suspension where permitted by policy.
• Players may appeal a suspension by contacting support within 14 days of the suspension notice.
• Permanently closed accounts due to fraud or terms violations are not eligible for appeal.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 356ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, payment processing delays, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

356ace is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may apply to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax obligations in your country of residence.

9 Changes to These Terms

356ace may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, players will be notified via their registered email address and/or an on-site notification banner. The updated terms will display the revision date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 356ace platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update to these terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your real balance will be returned to you after verification.

• Minor updates such as clarifications or formatting changes may be made without direct player notification.
• Material changes — such as changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — will always be communicated directly.
• The version of these terms in effect at the time of a dispute will be the version applied to that dispute.
